Bad customer service. My order didn't arrive and I used the correct form to contact customer service and over a month later I still haven't heard anything back. I contacted SB through Twitter DMs and they replied on there but really disappointed with how bad the service was. If I hadn't thought to use Twitter I would still be without my order and no refund.
