The shoes were lovely but my toes were forced to the front of the shoe. I couldn't even take one step in them because my heel slipped out of the back of the shoe. The next size down was too small. I tried to add an insert to stop my foot slipping forwards in the shoe but this didn't work. But then, why do I need to add an insert in high heeled shoes? At this price, why do they not already have them inbuilt? The feedback form made me choose an option from "Fit" – I had to choose Too big / too long as there wasn't an N/A option.
