Really like this sports bra - enough to have purchased a second. Nice soft material and the back strap sits very comfortably between the shoulder blades (although the plastic piece does sometimes squeak a little!) Easier to get on and off and stays in place well when working out. Not a fan of the pads as they made things look a little odd...so have removed and great without them.
